The Tie Up Valance features floral for the main print with coordinating stripe straps that are not adjustable. It has a three inch rod pocket and no header and is fully lined.

Dimensions: 54″ wide by 28″ long. The straps drop to approximately 16 inches.

100% Cotton, white lining is a Poly/Cotton blend.
