The bottom edge is corded and scalloped. Mateo Stripe Duchess Valance, which measures 100 inches wide by 30 inches long, goes with almost any decor in any room in your home. Made by Ellis Curtains with 100 percent cotton (dry clean recommended). The fullness of 2:1 to 2.5:1 is recommended. Pair with Duchess inserts for wider windows.

Allow fullness to be between 2 to 1 and 2 1/2 to 1 times the width of your rod.
