For pinch pleated drapery, the fullness is already built in to the pleats. The only thing for you to decide is the desired fullness you want built into the pleats. Choose either a 2 to 1, 2.5 to 1, or  3 to 1 ratio of fullness. 4 to 1 fullness is also available upon request. An example is for a 2.5 to 1 fullness, for every 2-1/2 inches across the pleats at top of panel, you will have 5 inches of material on the bottom hem and throughout the curtain panel. The fuller the curtain panel, the more luxurious and custom looking your window dressing be.
HOW TO MEASURE: Measure the total width of your curtain rod to be covered. For a pair add 4 inches for center overlap. Add additional 8 inches to cover returns on both sides. A single panel with no returns is simply the width of the curtain rod you plan to cover. Length is measured from the top edge of the drapery to the bottom edge. If measuring to floor, allow approximately one inch from the floor.
Consider stacking room, the amount of additional width on either side of the window to completely clear the window when the drapery is open. Allow 1/4 times the width of the window. For a pair, distribute stacking room evenly on each side.
HOW TO MEASURE: Measure the total width of your rod. For a pair add 4 inches to cover center overlap. If covering returns (distance from the front of rod to the wall) add another 8 inches. For a single panel covering no returns use the total width of your curtain rod that you want to cover. Length is measured from the top edge of the drapery to the bottom edge. If measuring to the floor, allow approximately one inch from the floor. Call us before ordering toll free a 1-800-385-4211 to insure proper width measurement.
