The Curtain Shop is a family owned business located in Raleigh, North Carolina. We have been in business since 1953 and are experts in the industry. In our online store we carry several high quality name brands. We thrive on customer service and offer excellent prices as well. What are your shipping rates? How long does it take to ship?

When will my credit card be charged?
Phone orders are charged when ready to ship, except for Custom made products which are paid in full the day you place your order. Online orders are paid the day you place your order.
Does The Curtain Shop match competitors prices?
We will gladly match online competitors prices. Most of our vendors have manufactures suggested retail pricing for most items. The Curtain Shop always prices it's items at below msrp. Competitor products must be in stock.
Does The Curtain Shop Online have a catalog.
No, unfortunately we do not have a catalog yet will make every effort to answer any questions or send out swatches (fabric samples) as requested.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from The Curtain Shop you have up to 30 days from the date you received your shipment to return the merchandise for a full refund less shipping charges. If your return qualified for free shipping we will deduct our actual shipping charge from your refund. Your unused, unwashed return must include all packaging and inserts with tags still attached to them. Returns will be carefully inspected. If items are not returned in perfect condition a credit to your account can not be issued and you will be responsible for the shipping cost to returned to you.
An authorization code must be obtained from our store prior to returning merchandise. Please call our toll free number 800-385-4211 to get your Return Authorization Number, and write it clearly on the outside of the returning box near to your return shipping label. Also, a copy of your receipt must accompany your return. Shipments returned without a Return Authorization Code will not be accepted.
IMPORTANT: If packaging and/or packaging insert are missing, torn, defaced, or damaged, we will charge a 20% processing fee.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED BACK TO THE CURTAIN SHOP. Returns sent elsewhere will either be refused, or customer is charged 20% processing fee.
Clearance Items are non-returnable.
